Vitafit running is not just abour road racing, respectively road racers like Idelma Delgado also run some Cross Country between November and March.
The Panamerican Cross Country took place in San Salvador this year, so it was a “home match” for Idelma Delgado. She really wanted to qualify for the second World Cross Country Championships of her career and did so. A though race was affected by hot weather. The course was dry, but prepared with water and mud at some sports.
Idelema finished in a great 14 over-all position at the ladies race.
