While Road Racing is still limited two vitafit athletes trie theirselves on other surfaces preparing their spring marathons.
Giselle Alvarez was running in the National Championships of the Specialist the 5000m as well as the 10000m. The though double start was to maintain with competition spirit and try to get a mixed speed-endurance-thoughness
That worked pout really well. In both events Giselle took the Gold Medal and presented very acceptable times with 16:55 and 35:20 min.
In Spain Majida Maayouf participated thanks to her residency there in the national Cross Country Championships and finished a faboulous 5th place. Arriving directly from altitude and going back to altitude training it was a more than suprising result in the country with a big cross country history and importance.
