While not all road races are back in their full form, most championship races can be hold. The Balkan countries are generally more relaxed during the pandemic time and could offer the Balkan Championships in Halfmarathon, hold in North Macedonia.
Liliana Dragomir could participate for Romania. The weather was typically hot for the Summertime in North Marcedonia and the race had a championship character, so nobody expected fast times. However Liliana could set with an acceptable time of 76 a second place and is now the Vice Balkan Champion in Half Marathon.
Besides the nice success and silver medal it was a good test a for city marathon in Italy which will be set for her in November.
