Sofia remains beeing a good place for vitafit athletes over several years. After 4th and third places before the pandemic our athletes started to dominate the ladies race after 2021. Last years female winner Hildah Cheboi was this year replaced by Beatrice Toroitich, who even run faster. The time of 2:38:27 was still affected by hot weather and the competitors in the women race didn’t want to follow Beatrice very early.
However it was a race about position, even Beatrice has still a huge potential for faster times.
