While most april weekens have been about Easter Runs over 10k and the beginning of the marathon season in Europe, there was also a small new event over the half marathon in Greece. The Paras half marathon shows up with a fast and flat course in the Greek harbour city and can become much stronger in the future.
Among just a handfull of invited Elite runners from European countries Liliana Dragomir made the way from Romania to participate with a strong lady from Great Britan and some national athletes. As the British lady was much stronger Liliana came in in a good second place but failed her expected time goal. The training was much better in the last weeks and she just had not the best day. So she must see the good things, be happy about the position within prize money and trust in her good training for everything what comes up in the next weeks.
